Two middle-aged men are on Fort Street Mall, shaking their heads as they talk. A woman–maybe a coworker of theirs–walks over. “I heard Farrah Fawcett maybe died,” one of them tells her. “Farrah Fawcett is dead,” she says, “Michael Jackson died too.” The men are shocked, disbelieving. They cannot imagine it’s true. She assures them that it has been confirmed. There’s a pause. “Who are you, the angel of death?!” They all laugh.
