Lion Coffee
Explore the grounds.
Start your field trip right, at Lion Coffee, the very place where beans are roasted and bagged, packaged and shipped, and if the wind is just right, you’ll smell mac-nut beans roasting from blocks away. They’ve been doing it since 1969, originally located in Kaka’ako and later moving to Kalani Street. The facility offers tours at the half-hour, a full-service coffee bar with free Wi-fi, and free, on-site parking. Try the chai tea latte if any of their daily specials don’t suit your foggy-headed needs.
