Primary Responsibilities
- Primary Responsibilities
- Hail to the chief
- New blood in Nalo
- Con–Con
- Waipahu gone wild
- From Sorority House to State House
For better or worse–a solid argument can be made in both directions–one party continues to dominate most races in our state. Partly for that reason, we’ve moved our major election coverage ahead in the calendar this year. Of course, we don’t have the space here for the exhaustive coverage every single race deserves, but we wanted to raise the profile of the primary election in general, given that so many seats in our state and local governments will be locked up–if not technically, then for all practical purposes–long before the November 4 general election.
And if you missed your chance to register for the primary, don’t forget to study up and get that form in prior to the October 6 deadline.
