Sustainability Guide 2010
Sustainability? We trust you’ve heard of it. You’ve watched as the concept has grown into a catchphrase and finally into a cultural phenomenon. From neighborhood gatherings to city officials to corporate boardrooms, the notion that human communities must live in balance with the rest of the environment has taken hold. Still, it’s not always clear just how each of us should proceed. This year, in our 7th Annual Sustainability Guide, we offer 25 small suggestions and one very big one: eat more local produce. If you do that, we will make progress. Good luck.

COMMENTS
We often print online comments in our “Letters to the Editor” section of Honolulu Weekly. While submitted letters are often edited for length and clarity, online comments we use are printed entirely as they are written for the website. If you do not wish for your comment to be used in Honolulu Weekly print issues, please write “Don’t Print” at the end of your comment. For questions, e-mail editorial@honoluluweekly.com. Thank you!
