Reviving Food Traditions: Fish and Poi Nation / Gary Paul Nabhan, a MacArthur Fellow, scientist and author of more than 30 books, will present a talk, “Reviving Food Traditions: Fish and Poi Nation.” Nabhan has recently focused on renewing regional food traditions and developing sustainable food systems. Eric Enos, Director of Waianae’s Kahala Farm, and Paul Reppun, Waiahole taro farmer and water rights activist, will join Nabhan for a panel discussion after his talk.
