Lucky For Us
Happy Cake Cafe has been making cakes since 1967 and just recently opened up shop in Honolulu. What exactly is a Happy Cake? It’s a dense buttery cake filled with macadamia nuts, coconut and pineapple. It’s aloha in your mouth, and the mouthwatering doesn’t stop there.
They also serve happy cupcakes, such as the lemon cupcake, oozing with fresh lemon juice and cream cheese icing. If you can’t find time to stop by their bakery, they’ll ship them to you. If you flaked on your mother’s birthday and it’s too late to shop around, Happy Cake will deliver to pretty much anywhere.
Be warned: Happy Cakes are habit forming. –
