Wanna pau hana?

ALOHAA PAUHANA Academy of Arts / Say “alohaa” to a new way to spend pau hana time. AloHAA pauHANA is the latest effort from the Honolulu Academy of Arts to make the galleries and exhibitions of the museum more accessible to visitors who may not be able to attend during normal business hours. As a result, the museum’s hours will be extended to 9pm on the second Thursday of every month.
After the whistle blows for Honolulu’s 9–5ers, the Pavilion Café will serve as a counter-service lounge. Easy-to-eat menu items include Florentine sandwiches and polenta topped with ratatouille. The bar will also supply the standard pau hana fountain of beer, wine and cocktails. To complete the sacred unwind of pau hana, there will be live jazz from the Kuss Quartet.
The inaugural aloHAA pauHANA is set for Thursday, with exhibitions, food and music that will make it difficult to say aloHAA (good-bye).
