Redefining “a danger to the community”: Roger Christie is clearly NOT a danger to our community! Dangers to our community include drunk drivers, like the one that killed at least one Hawaii man last Saturday. “In 2009, 33,808 people died in crashes on our nation’s roadways…In 2009, 10,839 people were killed in motor vehicle crashes involving a driver with a blood alcohol concentration (BAC) of .08 or higher–an average of one fatality every 50 minutes.”
