Chef-caught mahi
Chef Hiroshi Fukui is sharpening his hooks and getting his trolling gear ready for mahimahi. We’re coming into peak season for local mahi, and this beautiful golden blue fish is at the top of the non-endangered list. The mahi will be featured as part of Hiroshi’s Island Grown four-course tasting menu, offering throughout April for $35.
Souper douper
Ed Kenney is introducing Souper Tuesdays at Town in Kaimuki. Enjoy a big, hearty bowl of soup, salad and bread for just $12. $1 of the price will be given to Hawaii Food Bank for each Souper meal purchased. Offer only good Tuesday evenings.
