Chef-caught mahi

Chef Hiroshi Fukui is sharpening his hooks and getting his trolling gear ready for mahimahi. We’re coming into peak season for local mahi, and this beautiful golden blue fish is at the top of the non-endangered list. The mahi will be featured as part of Hiroshi’s Island Grown four-course tasting menu, offering throughout April for $35.
