Paparazzi
A new bar will open at the former Ward’s Brew Moon location in late October. Lunch, tapas and pupu will be served. Between 10pm and 2am, the bar will transform into nightclub format, replete with DJs. No word yet on what’s happening with the brewery.
Gourmet no more
With the demise of Gourmet magazine, Halekulani has canceled its Asian Food Summit, which the magazine was co-sponsoring. The grand dame of food publications will publish its last issue this November.
