Kani Ka Pila Grille, at Outrigger Reef on the Beach, has acquired its first food and beverage manager, Dietrich Chillous, as well as Executive Chef Harold Beltran. Chillous has held food and beverage positions at the Waialae Country Club, Alana Waikiki Hotel and Padovani’s. Beltran has cooked for establishments such as BluWater Grill, Palomino and Ryan’s Grill.
