Wish Dish: In order to help the Make-A-Wish Hawaii Foundation celebrate its 30th anniversary, Japengo, on Maui, is offering to donate $2 every time a sale of their “Wish Dish”, or Szechuan eggplant, is ordered, and $3 for every Keiki Bento Box.
Newest Fine Dining: A new restaurant, 53 By The Sea, has opened on the former John Dominis site. The menu highlights Italian cuisine with a large emphasis on fresh seafood. 53 has a stage and a full bar, with live music one some nights. Open for lunch soon.
