Cheese me, please: Chef Chai Chaowasaree of Singha Thai Cuisine and Chai’s Island Bistro will be representing our state in The Master Holiday Chef Challenge, a cheese competition with a grand prize of $20,000, which Chef Chai says he will donate to less fortunate families during the upcoming holiday season, if he wins.
