Prime time: Ruth’s Chris Steak House opens a second O’ahu location in mid-March at the Waikiki Beach Walk on Lewers Street. The 6,000 square-foot site will include a U-shaped bar, lounge and private dining room in addition to the main dining area. The restaurant will be open nightly from 5pm.
