Believe it or not, it’s possible to grab a bite that’s both healthy and affordable, while still being on the go. This new business buys the majority of its produce locally and fresh, not frozen. Their plates are made out of sugarcane, cups from corn and utensils from potato. Plus, members of the staff have occasionally been known to rap.
